    Is parking available?

    Guests can park free of charge. 

    There may be restrictions depending on the size of the vehicle, and you have to put it in the  tower. 


    *For electric cars, parking is not available. 

    Please understand that a refund is not possible.

    Due to the restriction on disposable items, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided.


    Shampoo, body wash, soap, towel, and dryer are available.

    If you make a reservation, we accept credit card information for the guarantee.


    We only keep the card information, and you can pay in the way you want when you check in.


    Card information will be discarded after checkout.

    In the case of bank transfer, you can deposit 100% of the reservation amount.


    However, if you need a refund later, you need a copy of the bankbook of the person who deposited it.
